Welcome to Tad Talks Sustainability where our host and sustainability expert, Tad Radzinski, sits down with his daughter every week to clearly explain everything you need to know about sustainability to help your company optimize your sustainability strategy and reach your goals. Tad offers tips for reducing embodied carbon and operational carbon, designing sustainable products and packaging, setting sustainability goals, and so much more.

ABOUT TAD RADZINSKI

Formerly the EPA’s Waste Minimization National Expert, Tad has been a trusted advisor for Fortune 500 companies for 35 years. As co-founder and president of Sustainable Solutions Corporation (SSC), Tad provides consultative services to companies in a wide range of global industries.

Tad is an adjunct professor at Villanova University, teaching graduate classes in the Masters in Sustainable Engineering program. He currently teaches the Advanced Life Cycle Assessment and Introduction to Sustainable Product Design, and Sustainable Buildings and Operations classes. Tad was instrumental in the development of Villanova’s Master of Science Degree in Sustainable Engineering.

He also serves as the Certification Officer at GreenCircle Certified, LLC, providing third-party verification of environmental claims. Finally, Tad is an Advisory Committee member for the Kroger Co. Zero Hunger | Zero Waste Foundation Innovation Fund.

ABOUT JULIANNA RADZINSKI

Julianna is Tad’s daughter and co-host on Tad Talks Sustainability Podcast. Julianna went to the University of Cincinnati where she was a student athlete. While there, she obtained a double major in Marketing and International Business and a minor in Sport Administration. She is the Marketing Manager at
Sustainable Solutions Corporation and GreenCircle Certified, LLC where she leads all marketing initiatives.


Tad’s lifelong passion for sustainability and strong desire to empower positive global change inspired Julianna from a very young age. Tad and Julianna are very excited to host this podcast and educate their listeners about sustainability.
